Where it started
Through the love for the sturgeon and the search of sustainability a group of the Soviet scientists have developed the method to retrieve caviar without harm to the fish or use of stimulants.
This method was trialled and tested back in 1980s and now successfully used on the farm.
The caviar is called ‘In Vivo’.
As the sturgeons are not harmed and continue their lives after delivering In Vivo caviar, it is also considered a vegetarian delicacy.
